- メールに添付出来ないファイルはどのようなものがありますか？対策方法はありますか？
- ウィルス付きメールの配送を防ぐため、以下の拡張子のファイルはメールサーバでブロックしています。
メールそのものの配送が拒否される、もしくは添付ファイル部分だけ削除して配送されることとなるため、これらを添付ファイルとすることはできません。.ade .adp .apk .appx .arj .asx .bas .bat .bin .chm .cmd .com

.uif .vb .vbe .vbs .vss .vst .vxd .wsc .wsf .wsh .xll .xz .zまた、拡張子は上記と異なるファイルであっても、内部にこれらを含むものと判断された添付ファイルが削除される場合もあります。
具体的な例として、数式エディタを用いて記述した数式を含むようなMicrosoft Officeファイル（Word (.docx)、Excel (.xlsx)、PowerPoint (.pptx)）があります。
この場合、元々添付していたファイルは削除され、代わりに下記のようなテキストメッセージがメールに添えられて宛先に届くようです。＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝

なお、再送依頼の際には、zipファイルに圧縮して再送信していただかないといけない旨をお含めください。
※zipファイルに圧縮しても削除されてしまう場合は、パスワード付きのzipファイルへの圧縮をお試しください。再送依頼文例(状況に合わせて編集してご利用ください。)

- What kind of files are prohibited to attach to mails? Is there a countermeasure?
- In order to prevent distribution of malicious mails, attachment files with the following extensions are blocked at our mail server.
You cannot attach these files to your mails because these files will be removed or whole your mail will be rejected.■Current list of prohibited extensions

This is possibly because our mail server detect some executable binary codes in the attached file.
For examples, some Microsoft Office files (Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx)) with equations made with Microsoft Equation may be (falsely) detected as malicious files and removed from mails with the following message.＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝

※Please try the compression to a zip file with a password even if you compress it in a zip file when you are deleted.An example of a request to resend a mail with prohibited attachment files
